How to use the Nutrition Tracker:
Open the file in Excel and enable Macors:
You'll see a screen similar to the one below:

First Click on "Add Personal Info" and this window will open:

Enter your information, and this will calculate your Calories per day to lose weight. After entering the information for the first time, it will remember this and load it each time there after.
After adding your personal info, click "Add Info"
Now back at the main screen, click "Add Food"

This window will open:

Select what meal you ate the food at, the date, and servings you had.
Then Enter the Name of the food, if you have already entered this food before, it will fill in the nutrition information for you.
If this is the first time you've entered this food, just fill out the nutrition information for 1 serving.
Click "Add Food", and when you have entered all the food for this session, click "Close"
Now you should see the main screen again, with all the nutrition facts for today. The red bar above calories shows how much you have to go until you get to your daily recommended calories
